With a strong eye for detail and expert organisational skills, our Customer Experience Executive, Alana, is responsible for facilitating and administrating a rewards program that surprises and delights our customers throughout the DPN journey. Alana has an extensive background in event management, with over 14 years of experience and is also responsible for the company’s internal and external events including Vision Days, Christmas Parties and Team Lunches.

Alana enjoys a busy family life and spending time with her three young children. If she isn’t at home, she'll probably be at the gym, pursuing her photography passion or finding that next great design piece for her home.
