  • What is the price for a DPN Seconda?

    DPN Seconda pricing is fixed and all inclusive. Call our team for 'house and land package' prices currently available. For a 'house only' price, ask us for a site-specific quote.

  • Is a Dual Income home a duplex?

    No, a DPN Seconda is not a duplex. Unlike a duplex, it is on the same title of land just like a granny flat only it is purpose built to maximise available space and street appeal. Plus there is only one set of council rates.
