Once I sign up for a free Property Investment Plan what happens next?

A DPN Customer Care Member will call you to discuss your goals, assets (income, superannuation, investments, equity and cash savings) and liabilities (debts, loans and expenses). They'll then advise whether or not you meet the minimum eligibility requirements for investing in Australian Property.

If you meet the requirements, your investment journey is underway, as we start creating your Property Investment Plan. And remember - your information remains confidential. View our privacy policy.

Once your Plan has been prepared, an experienced and friendly DPN Property Consultant will go through your plan with you and answer any questions you may have.

How long does is take?

The initial phone call from the Customer Care Team to gather data will take about 5-10 minutes. Your consultation with your Property Consultant to discuss your plan will take around an hour. There is no cost or obligation – if you do not wish to proceed, the plan is yours to keep.

We can meet you at your home or work, at one of our offices, or can simply Skype or phone conference to go through all the details.

How Can I find out more?

Contact one of our friendly team if you have some more questions. We have worked with thousands of different situations, and we can work with you (and your current finance professionals) to ensure you reach your financial goals sooner.

Am I obligated to buy?

Choosing to invest in real estate can be daunting and may require a shift in mindset. It's not a decision between ice cream flavours, and we appreciate that you'll want to think carefully about whether to pursue property.

There is no pressure, no charge and no obligation to proceed with your Property Investment Plan. But if you're ready to grow your wealth, we're here to guide you. Your Property Consultant will assist you every step of the way.

But How Does DPN Get Paid?

DPN's services are provided to you free of charge. DPN is paid by the vendor when a property is purchased through DPN. If DPN arranges finance, it is paid an upfront and trailing commission from the Lender. With strong relationships across a broad range of suppliers, DPN is able to select and source excellent products and services at market price, guaranteed.
