What is included in the price?
Whether buying a house & land package or building on your own block, the price given at the contract signing is the final amount to build the house.
This amount is a ‘fixed-price’ contract with no surprises. It is also a ‘turn-key' price meaning it includes everything in the building as well as landscaping, driveways, council costs etc, so you can rent it out with no additional costs, or move in on completion. It is conditional in that you need to start building within a certain timeframe. Details are always disclosed in your contract.
What is the cost to build on my block of land?
