When purchasing a property, you will require a Solicitor licensed in the state the property is being purchased in.
You’ll need a specialist to help you manage the contracts of sale and ensure you make a sound and legal purchase. These Solicitors specialise in property conveyancing and are familiar with the process and will act on your behalf.
As a general guide, Solicitor costs are between $1,500 and $2,000. You can select one yourself, or we can recommend an experienced provider (these are completely independent to DPN and no financial relationship exists.)
