We will set a time to meet or speak with you to explain your loan and its components. This may include variable and fixed components, interest rates, account details, redraw facilities and, in some cases, a line of credit and an equity release or split.
You will need to read the loan contracts, disclosure statements and account information.
Following your review, you will need to sign the loan documents and return to DPN in the requested time frame to avoid delays. Please ensure a witness is available for the loan document signing, if a Justice of the Peace is required, you can source one yourself or DPN can provide one from our team.
