Here at DPN, we love to dance, although occasionally we’ve had our dance licence revoked for too much finger pointing. It got us thinking, there’s a lot you can learn from dance moves that help in the property game. Here’s five great dance moves that may just change your approach!
1. The Hustle
Probably the ultimate in property dance moves. This neat little turn step and clap teaches us to move slowly up the property ladder, hustling your way to the top. And wearing satin bottomed trousers.
2. The Bump
In the cutthroat property world when you’re bidding for a hot investment property this dance teaches us to smile nicely and gently bump your rivals away. Preferably while listening to Donna Summer.
3. The Point Move
John Travolta famously did this in Saturday Night Fever. Can certainly draw attention at auctions and make you stand out from the crowd. Don’t get too carried away though and buy something above your ceiling.

Krumping
4. Krumping
This modern street dance shows us how you can succeed by being true to yourself and using highly energetic movements. (Not to be confused with Trumping, which involves bankruptcy, going on a reality TV show and then becoming US president!)
5. Turfing
This modern hip hop style that means taking up room on the dance floor through creative expression. It also involves popping and locking which are all important to keep valuable real estate. Just please no one ask us to electric boogaloo.
