One of the most significant developments in south-east Queensland
The first stage of construction of Ripley Town Centre began in February. The centre will include a Coles supermarket, restaurants, shops, homes and entertainment spaces when it is completed in March of next year. With the value of the total project at $1.5 billion, this development is one of the most significant in south-east Queensland.
“The scale of this project is comparable to Springfield and Northlakes, both of which have been pivotal in improving capital values and building strong communities with their own unique identity,” said Toru Abe, Sekisui House Australia CEO and Managing Director. Ripley Town Centre will become a hub to one of the biggest master planned communities in south-east Queensland. As a catalyst for continued growth with new jobs created, the centre is a “game changer” for the region.
