Residential village construction in Ripley Valley
Ripley Valley is booming with growth and development
A masterplanned residential village, Monterea Ripley, has recently begun construction in Ripley Valley, the centre of billions of dollars worth of residential development. The $180 million Monterea project will include 900 home sites and feature 22 acres of “green open space”. With land prices starting from $166,000, there have already been many sales in the first stage of the project according to Monterea marketing agent, Ray White’s Jamie Martin.
Ripley Valley is very popular with first home buyers and should continue to experience strong demand with affordable lots and increased community infrastructure. “We expect developments with family-style infrastructure – like the new waterpark and community centre at Providence – will be popular with buyers and they will separate themselves from the competition in terms of price growth,” said Brinton Keath, Oliver Hume’s Joint Managing Director in Queensland. Monterea Ripley will be in a prime location near a proposed shopping centre and specialty retail shops, and the residential development will form an essential part of the Monterea Neighbourhood Village.
