She works closely with Sam Khalil and the leadership team, helping drive strategic initiatives across the imagina enterprise while coordinating complex projects and ensuring key priorities are delivered with clarity and momentum.

Elaine's diverse background enables her to bring structure and organisation to complex environments. Known for anticipating challenges, building strong stakeholder relationships and managing multiple priorities, she helps the leadership team stay focused on strategic outcomes while ensuring initiatives are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Outside of work, Elaine enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking for loved ones, and getting outdoors with her much-loved fur baby, Bailey.
