Build times are fixed, ranging from 22 to 35 weeks (dependant upon property type) or you're paid compensation weekly. DPN negotiates with approved builders to ensure you have guaranteed build times, providing you with rent or liquidation damages paid by the builder if they do not finish by the stated time.
