    Currently, DPN Seconda is available in NSW and QLD. We currently have a range of 'house and land' packages in high growth areas. Or, you can build on your own block of land (subject to block size, slope and local Council approval).

  • What is the price for a DPN Seconda?

    DPN Seconda pricing is fixed and all inclusive. Call our team for 'house and land package' prices currently available. For a 'house only' price, ask us for a site-specific quote.

  • Is a Dual Income home a duplex?

    No, a DPN Seconda is not a duplex. Unlike a duplex, it is on the same title of land just like a granny flat only it is purpose built to maximise available space and street appeal. Plus there is only one set of council rates.

  • What is included in the DPN Seconda property price?

    Whether a 'house only' or a 'house and land' package, the price is fixed price with everything you need (in the building, landscaping, driveways and council costs) to move straight in or rent it out with no additional costs.
