No matter what level you start at, we reward and keep good talent. We will work with you to create a career pathway that keeps you challenged and motivated to learn.
At DPN, balancing study or family life has never been easier. Many of us operate part-time with flexible hours. We are a forward-thinking company that focuses on outcomes, not time-slots.
All employees are encouraged to develop initiatives that will enhance our existing services or create new opportunities, providing reward for themselves and the company.
No one wants to work in a gloomy office. Be inspired by our beautifully designed offices and feel appreciated with regular in-house lunches, fun competitions, vision days plus birthday and Christmas celebrations.
Here's the current roles we're hiring for. If you don't see a good fit, but you would still like us to consider you for future roles, you can submit your CV to us here at hello@dpn.com.au.
This is a newly created role, and it’s front-row, not back-office.
You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end leasing process across our Hunter portfolio. From first enquiry to lease signing, making tenants feel welcome and landlords feel confident.
Here’s what that looks like day to day:
• Manage leasing duties from enquiry through to signed lease.
• Run open homes and greet prospective tenants like they’re already part of the community.
• Conduct routine inspections with care and compliance.
• Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and manage lease agreements with accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with our Property Managers to deliver a seamless experience for tenants and landlords.
• Balance your schedule to keep inspections timely and admin on track.
Most of your week will be spent out on the road, but you’ll also have the flexibility of working from your home office for the admin side of the role. And you won’t be on your own, you’ll be backed by our head office and offshore support teams, plus the full toolkit of tech you need to succeed.
You’ll Thrive Here If…
You’ve got 1-2 years of leasing experience under your belt and a current NSW Real Estate Agent Licence. You’re confident with Microsoft Office and comfortable working with cloud-based property management systems.
You’ve also got your own car and the flexibility to travel when needed. Most of your focus will be on the Hunter portfolio, but you’ll also join the wider NSW & QLD team for training, collaboration and the occasional Cronulla (Sydney) catch-up.
We’ve been around for 30 years, but our culture is anything but old school. Think professional, warm, and genuinely supportive (yes, that combo exists). Here’s what you can expect working alongside our 60+ team members:
• Clear training and onboarding with ongoing support.
• Paid birthday leave (because birthdays should never be spent at your desk).
• Regular team celebrations + Employee Assistance Program.
• Flexible work, with a mix of on-the-road independence and home-office balance.
• The chance to be part of a business that helps people live the life they want.
Your application will include the following questions:
• Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
• Which NSW real estate licence do you currently hold?
• Do you have a valid Australian driver's license and access to your own vehicle?
• What is your expected annual base salary?
• How much notice are you required to give your current employer?
