Working in Property Investment Retail Sales team and as an important part of our Marketing & Customer Experience division, you will be responsible for lead and sales opportunity management.
From contacting warm leads via our various digital and social channels to setting appointments with our senior team and supporting sales activities, this role’s primary function is to qualify prospects for property investment and property finance services.
Key functions of this role include:
• Lead pipeline management and the ability to deliver a
high volume of outbound calls.
• Utilise out technologies for multi-channel communications, including website chat solution.
• Collect, manage, and maintain prospect information and status updates within our CRM.
• Nurture, follow up and progress leads and prospects forward in the sales process.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities across our enterprise business services.
• Provide sales support and administration.
