In support of delivering a seamless property investment journey, we are looking for someone who is customer focused, ideally with residential property or construction experience, to join our Property Concierge Team.
This is a full-time position; however, we would consider part time hours for the right candidate.
The role is responsible for overseeing our customer’s property investment experience from initial expression of interest, through the full build process, up to completion and handover to our Property Management team.
Managing your own portfolio of clients, you will be responsible for:
- Exceptional customer service with a focus on building strong relationships and trust with clients.
- Ensuring customers are kept up to date throughout all stages of the contract, settlement, pre-build and construction process.
- Liaising with key suppliers and stakeholders (builders, developers, solicitors, conveyancers) to ensure key build milestones are met.
- Managing customer concerns and queries in a timely and effective fashion. Anticipation, resolution and escalation of issues.
- Residential construction contract administration and compliance.
- Helping to manage the support of our dedicated offshore team.
- Facilitating exchange of all contracts within required timeframes.
You will succeed in this position because of your second-to-none customer service, organisational and communication skills. Nothing makes you happier than putting your customers first and helping them achieve their property investment goals.
In addition, your experience in, or exposure to, the home build process and a love for solutions, systems and deadlines will see you flourish in this role.
We will support you with the right tools, training and coaching to perform well in a role that is an integral part of our success.
