Here's the current roles we're hiring for. If you don't see a good fit, but you would still like us to consider you for future roles, you can submit your CV to us here at [email protected].
Trust is not built through a single campaign, message or moment. It is built through the quality and consistency of every interaction.
DPN and the broader imagina group are seeking a Group Brand Director to help shape how a growing enterprise communicates, creates exceptional experiences and builds long-term trust.
This is a rare hybrid role spanning brand, communication, customer experience, campaign execution and enterprise strategy. You will work closely with the Founder and Executive Leadership Team to shape how the organisation is understood by the market, experienced by customers, and remembered over time.
This role will suit someone who can think at enterprise level and execute at ground level. Someone who can protect coherence and still ship the work.
This is a broad leadership role across brand, communication, customer experience, and growth execution.
You will help shape the next evolution of DPN as it continues to develop within the broader imagina ecosystem, spanning property investment, finance broking, property management and future strategic ventures.
Working closely with the Founder, you will act as a trusted strategic partner, helping translate vision, ideas, intellectual property, and long-range ambition into clear strategy, scalable systems, compelling communication, and practical market execution.
Part strategist, part builder, and part trusted advisor, you will help create the frameworks, standards and alignment that enable the business to grow while compounding quality, consistency, and trust.
This is not a traditional marketing manager role. It is also not a purely abstract brand strategy role. You will be expected to move between enterprise narrative, venture brand architecture, communication standards, customer experience, campaign delivery, sales collateral, digital journeys, content systems and agency leadership.
You will not be starting from zero. There is an existing internal team, use of agencies and specialist execution capability around the business, with scope to shape the right operating model as the group grows.
You will help ensure the organisation communicates clearly, executes consistently, and continues to build a distinctive market presence as it scales.
• Shape how the enterprise is experienced by customers, partners, employees and the market
• Partner with the Founder and Executive Leadership Team to translate ideas into strategy, systems and execution
• Develop and maintain brand architecture, communication standards and customer experience frameworks across multiple ventures
• Lead strategic brand, communication, creative and marketing initiatives across the group
• Oversee the practical execution of campaigns, content, customer journeys, sales collateral and key market-facing assets
• Strengthen consistency across DPN, Property Valet and future ventures within the imagina ecosystem
• Manage agency partners, creative suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure output is high quality, commercially useful and aligned to standards
• Improve the quality, clarity, and effectiveness of documents, presentations, customer communications and digital touchpoints
• Build alignment between brand strategy, marketing execution, customer experience and commercial growth
• Help protect the long-term reputation, trust and distinctiveness of the group
We are less interested in a specific industry background and more interested in how you think, judge and execute.
You may currently be working as a Brand Director, Strategy Director, Head of Brand, Head of Marketing, Communications Director, Creative Strategy Lead, or senior advisor inside a founder-led or experience-led organisation.
You may come from premium brands, strategic consulting, property, finance, hospitality, design, media, editorial, customer experience, or another environment where quality, trust and execution matter.
You naturally think in systems, standards and long-term value creation. You care deeply about clarity, consistency and the experiences that shape how organisations are understood and remembered.
You are comfortable working closely with a founder who has a strong point of view. You can listen deeply, challenge constructively, simplify complexity, and turn ideas into work that can be used in the real world.
You will bring:
• Strong commercial and strategic judgement
• Excellent brand, communication and customer experience instincts
• Strong campaign and marketing execution capability
• Exceptional writing, editing and messaging judgement
• Confidence moving between strategy and practical delivery
• Ability to simplify complexity and create clarity
• Strong stakeholder management and agency leadership skills
• High standards and sound judgement
• Comfort operating in ambiguity without creating unnecessary complexity
• Ability to build systems, not just produce one-off outputs
• A practical, hands-on mindset with the maturity to work at senior level
