Reporting to the Operations Leader across the hours of 9am-2pm Monday to Friday, your role will consist of a variety of tasks including:
Reception
- Managing all incoming calls
- Welcoming visitors and clients to the office
- Meeting room set up including beverages and refreshments
Administration
- Mail & courier management
- Director support including general administration and refreshments
- Printing, scanning, photocopying, binding & filing as required
- Support and set up of events including team lunches, presentations days
- Ordering and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
- Providing support for set up of video and phone conference calls
Housekeeping
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and break out spaces
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the office

- Capture qualifying information and comfirm if they’re ready to meet with a Director
Build the Relationship
- Create trust with confident, friendly communication
- Offer helpful property insights in clear, simple language
- Book high-quality appointments directly into Director calendars
- Guide unqualified leads on next steps to get investment-ready
Keep Things Moving
- Maintain clear notes and next steps in our CRM
- Follow up to keep prospects engaged
- Share feedback with the sales and marketing teams on lead quality
Who You Are
- 2+ years in B2C appointment setting, sales support, or similar role
- Skilled at building rapport quickly on the phone
- Organised and confident in managing follow-ups and KPI’s
- Curious about property and eager to learn
- Tech confident - we use Mac, CRM, email, SMS, and live chat
