No matter what level you start at, we reward and keep good talent. We will work with you to create a career pathway that keeps you challenged and motivated to learn.
At DPN, balancing study or family life has never been easier. Many of us operate part-time with flexible hours. We are a forward-thinking company that focuses on outcomes, not time-slots.
All employees are encouraged to develop initiatives that will enhance our existing services or create new opportunities, providing reward for themselves and the company.
No one wants to work in a gloomy office. Be inspired by our beautifully designed offices and feel appreciated with regular in-house lunches, fun competitions, vision days plus birthday and Christmas celebrations.
Here's the current roles we're hiring for. If you don't see a good fit, but you would still like us to consider you for future roles, you can submit your CV to us here at hello@dpn.com.au.
DPN is deep in transformation. A full rebrand, a new growth engine and a bold push into the next era of property, finance and lifestyle. We’ve got strategy and a big ambition. What we need now is someone who can make it move.
As our Marketing Growth Lead, you are the engine room. We need someone who can develop, launch and scale marketing campaigns end-to-end. From idea to asset, from launch to optimisation, from data to decision. This is not a role where you just hand briefs to others. You should be comfortable creating and shaping copy, briefs and assets yourself, then measuring their impact in market.
You’ll own the content rhythm, campaign delivery and marketing operations across social, CRM, web and digital funnels. You’ll work alongside specialists in paid media, creative design and CX, and directly support the Marketing & Customer Experience Leader as second-in-command.
Your job is to turn strategy into execution and execution into results.
This role sits at the intersection of creative, data and technology. Your success will be measured by business outcomes, not just outputs. You’ll test, learn, iterate and scale what works. You’ll know when to move fast, when to optimise and when to kill something that isn’t performing.
We’re actively building toward AI-assisted marketing at scale. You don’t need to be an AI evangelist, but you do need proven use of AI tools to accelerate creative production and performance optimisation, not just curiosity. Speed, judgment and taste matter here.
You’ll love this role if you:
• Are motivated by targets and commercial outcomes
• Have experience turning content ideas into measurable results across channels
• Know how to run a marketing machine, not just one channel
• Think fast, work smart, and like being at the centre of the action
Bonus points if you’ve cracked TikTok. We haven’t yet, and we’re honest about that.
When applying, include one example of a campaign you took from idea to market and its business outcome. We care far more about what you’ve shipped and learned than how polished your CV looks.
This is a rare opportunity to help shape the next phase of DPN, and to build marketing that actually converts, not just looks good on a slide.
We’ve been around for 30 years, but our culture is anything but old school. Think professional, warm, and genuinely supportive (yes, that combo exists).
Here’s what you can expect working alongside our 60+ team members:
• Clear training and onboarding with ongoing support.
• Paid birthday leave (because birthdays should never be spent at your desk).
• Regular team celebrations
• Employee Assistance Program
The chance to be part of a business that helps people live the life they want.
Your application will include the following questions:
• Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
• Please share your experience in delivering above-target marketing performance (highlights are fine).
• On a scale of 1-5, what does your level of AI exposure in a marketing environment looked like (1 being low, 5 being high).
• What is your expected annual base salary? And incentives?
• How much notice are you required to give your current employer?
This is a newly created role, and it’s front-row, not back-office.
You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end leasing process across our Sunshine Coast portfolio. From first enquiry to lease signing, making tenants feel welcome and landlords feel confident.
Here’s what that looks like day to day:
• Manage leasing duties from enquiry through to signed lease.
• Run open homes and greet prospective tenants like they’re already part of the community.
• Conduct routine inspections with care and compliance.
• Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and manage lease agreements with accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with our Property Managers to deliver a seamless experience for tenants and landlords.
• Balance your schedule to keep inspections timely and admin on track.
Most of your week will be spent out on the road, but you’ll also have the flexibility of working from your home office for the admin side of the role. And you won’t be on your own, you’ll be backed by our head office and offshore support teams, plus the full toolkit of tech you need to succeed.
You’ll Thrive Here If…
You’ve got 1-2 years of leasing experience under your belt and a current NSW Real Estate Agent Licence. You’re confident with Microsoft Office and comfortable working with cloud-based property management systems.
You’ve also got your own car and the flexibility to travel when needed. Most of your focus will be on the Sunshine Coast portfolio, but you’ll also join the wider NSW & QLD team for training, collaboration and the occasional Cronulla (Sydney) catch-up.
