Working alongside our friendly team of seasoned Property Managers, you’ll be responsible for a portfolio comprised of primarily new homes throughout the Hunter Region, from Cessnock to Singleton.

You will succeed in this position because you are passionate about delivering an elevated customer experience to both your tenants and landlords and are experienced in working in end-to-end portfolio management. Along with a current Class 1 or 2 Real Estate Agent Licence, experience in using Microsoft Office suite and cloud-based property management systems will be beneficial in this role. You will have your own car to be able to travel within your portfolio with occasional travel to our head office in Cronulla (Sydney) for team events & training workshops as required.

DPN is seeking an experienced lending professional to lead our Finance (Mortgage Broking) Team.

Based at our Cronulla office, with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week, this key role is not just about managing numbers; it's about leveraging technology, nurturing relationships, and crafting exceptional customer experiences.

This full-time position will suit an experienced broker or credit manager with leadership experience looking for a growing organisation to call home. We work with a huge panel of loan providers and have a very attractive package on offer including competitive base + super + commissions.

You will play an active part in the core mortgage broking activities delivered by the business and will have the technical expertise to both perform the role of broker and mentor the team, primarily in residential and construction loans. This full-time position will suit a motivated parabroker or loan writer looking to enhance their career or alternatively an experienced lender searching for a growing and dynamic organisation to call home.

Reporting to our Mortgage Broking Leader, you will support our broker with managing our customer’s application from lead to settlement.

In addition to an abundance of warm leads, you will be backed by a dedicated onshore and offshore support team who will help you to finalise loan applications and liaise with lenders, key stakeholders, and our clients to achieve smooth and timely settlements.
