When Tony went into the property market, he wasn’t simply chasing returns — he was investing in peace of mind and future lifestyle. Tony is a former police officer with 30 years of service, retiring as a detective sergeant. He also built and ran a successful catering business in Cronulla with his wife for over two decades. By 2023, they decided to sell the business, prioritising time with family and a more flexible lifestyle.

Tony’s first investment in Gregory Hills has delivered outstanding results – purchased for $839,380 in 2016, its current estimated value is $1.26 million, according to RP Data (June 2025). This strong performance gave him the confidence and equity to expand into two additional properties.
