Jai and Tilly were young, motivated, and ready to take charge of their financial future.
With a clear goal: to live well, not just work hard, they partnered with DPN to turn their incomes into investments. Today, they’ve gone from curious first-timers to confident multi-property investors.
We wanted to set ourselves up financially so that when we’re older, money is not something we feel worried or stressed about.
Tilly, a high school science teacher, and Jai, a licensed builder, knew that buying where they wanted to live wasn’t feasible in their early 20s. But that didn’t stop them.
With DPN’s guidance, they invested strategically - first in the Hunter region, then again in Shoalhaven - choosing DPN duplex properties that are designed to build equity and generate returns. They kept renting where they loved, while their portfolio grew in the background.
Spurred on by the success of thier duplex in the Hunter Tilly and Jai are building their next investment property, a duplex in Badagarang, Shoalhaven.
Their long-term goal? Financial freedom by their 50s. More time with future kids, less time locked into long work weeks, and the flexibility to live life on their terms. At the rate they’re going, they’ll achieve that ahead of time.
